Hi, I’m Laura. I believe anyone can start a business and you should love the business you have.

I’ve seen firsthand how passion alone isn’t enough to get your business off the ground—you also need structure, strategy, and sustainability.

I've spent 15+ years leading nonprofit initiatives, working across gender, public health, and tech for development - and now consulting and coaching entrepreneurs. After transitioning out of the international development sector in 2021, I built my own business (formerly Laura & Sarah) from the ground up.

Now, I help entrepreneurs turn their expertise into thriving, values-based businesses—without burnout.
