I've built independent practices twice. The first time I was good at the work but never put my business hat on. The second time I knew what I was missing and built differently.
I'm an ICF certified business coach and strategist. I work with experienced professionals who have made the leap to independent consulting, freelance, or fractional work. I get it from the inside, not just the theory.
My approach is strategic, neurodivergent-inclusive, and built around how you actually think and work.
