About Laura
I have built an independent practice twice. The second time, I knew what I'd been missing.
The first time I was good at the work but never put my business hat on. I was undercharging, unclear on my offer, not marketing, and figuring it all out alone. The second time I built differently, with structure, clarity on what I was selling and who I was selling it to, and a way of getting visible that did not feel inauthentic.
That is what I bring to every client. Not theory from the outside, but what it actually takes from the inside.
