Hi, I'm Laura. I help entrepreneurs and business owners turn their expertise into clear, confident, and profitable businesses—without the overwhelm or cookie-cutter formulas.
I get it because I've been there. I spent 15 years leading global programs in international development and public health—managing teams, delivering results, building things that mattered. When I decided to build my own business, I realized: all that expertise didn't come with a roadmap for entrepreneurship.
I had to figure out how to stop second-guessing every decision, how to price without guilt, how to market without feeling inauthentic. And I had to do it in a way that worked for my brain and my life—not some one-size-fits-all formula.
Now I bring both strategy and coaching to help you do the same. We look at what you want to build, how you naturally work, and what actually helps you follow through. My approach is neurodivergent-inclusive, grounded in real business fundamentals, and never formulaic.
